Emile, with whom I made many projects at Clearwater, pulled me in when it needed 3D. Bruce Cowie did the music and digital audio, and I was animation director and 3D artist. The scene was pure mathematics, and the machines of the day could barely run it: a single save took 40 minutes, so I had to disable autosave, and Undo rarely came back. This version is upscaled to HD from SD 720 × 576. Featured in SHOTS, STASH and the One Show Annual, with a Merit Award from the One Show in New York, an art screening at London's National Film Theatre, and a place on the Autodesk 3ds max 2003 animation reel.
